We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel in the heart of the Old Town. The location was unbeatable, with all the major attractions just a stone's throw away. It was so convenient to explore the city, and the tram station was only 3 minutes away. We loved how everything was so close by, and it made our sightseeing so much easier.

The location of the hotel is excellent as it is situated down the hill and near the tram line, making it very convenient to explore all the major sights on the European side of the city. We had easy access to Istanbul's important places and attractions. The room was nice and the bathroom was clean. The staff was friendly and always had a smile. We also enjoyed the breakfast at the rooftop restaurant which was delicious and warm.
The service could be improved as some guests experienced slow response times for certain requests.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Emre upgraded our room. Rooftop restaurant has delicious breakfast. Great location near Hagia Sofia, lots of restaurants and public transport nearby. Spacious rooms, newly renovated and clean.

The staff were super friendly, helpful, and professional. They really went out of their way to assist me. The location of the hotel was amazing, as it was really close to the main attractions in the city. I was able to easily walk to many of the popular sights. The cleanliness of the hotel was great, and I really appreciated that. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and had a great variety of options.
